Hey there 3Birds Peeps!!! Happy October! Chasity here today, and I want to know, are you getting as excited as we are for the 24 Crafting Day on HSN! We cannot wait! I love flying to HSN and hanging out with the most creative people in the industry! They are the nicest people to spend 24 sleepless hours straight with! Last week, we shared the new kits that will air on October 7th. Today, we would like to share some AMAZING projects featuring these kits to show you just how awesome they are! We know it's important to show you "what you get" in the kit, but we also want to show you "what you can do" with them as well!

So if you stopped by last Monday, you saw the newest Quilling Card Kit from 3Birds. This kit has new dimensional quilling strips to really dress up those holiday cards! Oh.. and they come in Silver and Gold! WHAT WHAT! Here are a few samples of what those quilling strips look like quilled and placed on some projects.
Aren't they just Awesome! I just can't get enough of the gold and silver Quilling strips! Can you see how classy your holiday cards will look with these quilled poinsettias this year! Woah! And that is just the beginning of the kit. It also has a ton of the traditional straight quilling strips and a full color instruction booklet to help you create new fun holiday quilled shapes! I am a beginner Quiller (shhh.. that's a secret, don't tell anyone) and I had no problem using this kit! So if you've never quilled before, don't hesitate! I promise, if I can do it, you can do it! The booklet is a huge help as well.We'll walk you through it step by step.
So, onto the next New Kit. Floral Festival Papercrafting Kit. The best feature of this kit is that everything you need to create cards and layouts is included in the folder. All the products coordinate perfectly. We've taken the guesswork out of papercrafting. You just grab and go! It comes with 12" x 12" Papers, 3D Embellishments, Adhesive Chipboard, Die cut Borders, Cards, Baker's Twine, Adhesive Rhinestones & 1/2 Pearls (or the "yum yums" as we so lovingly call them). We even give you the envelopes!!! And EVERYTHING COORDINATES! Mix and match 'til your hearts content, and design with confidence! Don't you just love the color palette? I even did Boy Themed Layouts for the show next week, and they turned out fabulous! The woodgrain paper was perfect! So, we are down to the last one. Touch of Glimmer Embellishment Kit... Oh swoon. There are no words that will do this justice, so I am just going to jump right into the samples.
I know these samples are the gold foil.. but there is also silver foil, silver glitter and gold glitter! The color palette is neutral enough that it will match any of our 3Birds kits, or any of the stash you have at home! So very classy and sophisticated! The paper bows included are amazing, the storage box is so beautiful, you'll re-use it when all the goodies are gone! Here's a few tips about the storage box; the window on the lid holds a 4" x 6" photo perfectly, and if you pull out the insert paper included and flip it over, the directions are printed on the back for crating the paper bows in the kit! Classy! There is some serious glimmer in this kit; chipboard, die cuts, 3D embellishments & sequins. I can't get enough of it, and I can't stop playing with it. You guys are going to absolutely love, love it!
