Creating Cards With the Same Base

Hello 3 Birds Fans! It's Juliana here, from 17turtles, and I'm sharing two cards that I created using the same card base. I love how different, yet similar, the two cards look because of this. It also shows that all you have to do is switch up the colors, patterns and sentiments to get a new look and feel. Both cards are created with products from the new Flora Festival Page Kit and the Sticker Flair Mega Kit.

 

To create my "A Happy Hello" card, I used two stickers from the Sticker Flair Mega Kit to create the background piece behind the sentiment piece.

 



I cut the banner sticker in half and placed one piece above and the other piece below the chipboard tag.



I then added pearls from the Flora Festival Page Kit and a twine bow.



 

I again used stickers from the Sticker Flair Mega Kit however this time I began by trimming a piece of patterned paper from the Flora Festival Page Kit to create the base for my embellishments.

 



I cut the banner shape from a scrap of paper that is part of the Graceful Season Paper Collection. I then layered various stickers from the Sticker Flair Mega Kit.



The final touch was the addition of the layered chipboard sticker, as the sentiment, and the pearls which are both from the Flora Festival Page Kit.
